Gosh.. what made me come back to this blog today?
Yesterday I got a call from DBKK a Mr Winston Mosuyun. It was about a cheque issued by my bank for the payment of my house quaterly rates an"MPKK" that should not have been a problem as MPKK, which was made a city since 2002 had never complained. My bank HSBC account had ample fund.
Nevertheless, I took it easy and spoke to this Winston and agreed to resolve. Winston faxed me the cheque and noted in the areas where the problems were. True enough, HSBC branch which followed my instruction had issued the cheque to a Mr "As Per Attached Schedule" instead of DBKK.
Today I made it a point to collect the cheque from this Mr Mosutun and to return it back to HSBC to reissue a proper cheque. When I met Winston, I was glad he handled me professionally. After collecting the problem cheque, Winston told me he searched for my contact from the internet and found this blog. Isn't it clever for him to use the internet to search for people to manage his job? I must salute him.
Ha... so you see, that's why I am back updating my blog now.

I was at DBKK also for some other matter; to submit my plan to the Pengarah Jabatan Perancang Bandar. I was told his office was at the fourth floor. The atmosphere was friendly with the staffs there. I was shown to an officer who took an instant look at my documents. After studying its content he quipped "Bos, ini kena submit pi tingkat tiga, ada 'one stop centre' sana. Oh , well at least he helped me to go to the right place.
At the third floor' "bos, ini kena submit p second floor". Ahhhk! Whaaat! "It's not happening for me..." I thought. I took time to explain to make sure I was at the right place now and not someone to be pushed around. Well, the young fella was very polite and insisted to meet the person there who really handled this matter.
At the first floor, the staff studied my drawings that I wanted to submit. Initially I was irritated again to be told to submit it to the second floor office. But he took time to explain what was wrong with my drawings. One thing led to another...
Later it was about the registration of my appointed consultant. It seemed everything was in order. So I asked if my firm was registered with DBKK. From their computer record, we had not updated since 2002...Arrrrkkk.

That was a good two years since I left this blog. I posted a lot on Tigger, my beautiful kitten. I miss him now. You see, we took care of him but some mean people took him away. I wish they look after him well.
Gosh! I have left this blog unattended and I hardly remember what I had done to it. It's like reading other people's blog. Got to do something about it.
You see, I have been busy getting my life to get back on the road. It had been a tough situation trying to overcome penniless situation and keeping my loved ones together at the same time. Alhamdulillah, I am almost back to normal. Thanks to and old, sincere and honest friend. I am able to utilise whatever that is left of my means and availability.
Today is the 26th day of Ramadhan. I had been very observant of the month holiness. I had not missed any day fasting, praying and paying my dues. I consider myself a born again Muslim. When woe befell on me as I said above, I came to Allah. I repented and and went to Mecca for Umrah last April. He has observed me and had shown me his presence when almost all that I prayed for were answered in the most perfect way, all for my well being and recoveries.
Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahuakbar. Allah the beloved and the merciful.
I will be back writing about this one I got this old computer fixed. I have no fund to buy a new and faster one. InsyaAllah when rezeki is bountiful, I'll present this blog with pictures and videos.

Today I receive an email reply a report I made to Jabatan Air Negri Sabah about a main pipe burst infront of my house last Sunday. JANS was efficient in replying but it's the typical answer that really irks me. The writer didn't even understand my line of complain.

Tuan, Saya faham itu. Saya buat lapuran melalui website, kerosakan Main Pipe diluar kawasan rumah saya. Waktu itu saya mau hubungi Jabatan Air 717070 untuk berbuat sesuatu untuk mengelakkan kerugian besar. Sedih sekali. Tiada seorang pun bertugas dihari minggu. Saya paparkan gambar2 ini untuk tatapan, Hari Ini disiarkan dihalaman Daily Express, JANS Tuaran memotong bekalan orang kampung yang dipasang secara haram. Cekap setelah 10 tahun! tapi mau lapur kerugian disebabkan kebocoran, tiada kecekapan. Yang rugi kita semua.
